1. Select fabric samples from our website or visit our office. You can also send your own sample.
2. We will provide a specification template within 3 working days.

3. After sample approval, bulk order fulfilment is arranged through the parent company’s affiliate and typically takes 10–25 days.

If any quality issues arise, we will offer a practical solution within 30 days of delivery.

For all our fabrics, we can provide customized services.
The fabric is ordered from 1M. Fabric samples are free, you only need to pay the shipping cost.

If you need custom printed fabrics, please email your pattern* and fabric information to info@ouka.uk.

*We can use Jpg, PSD, PDF or Tiff with a resolution of 300 DPI or higher.

 

If you cannot find the fabrics and patterns you like on our website, we will provide pattern design services according to your requirements. The price is based on the production process including hand painting. The following is a reference for the estimated price. The final price will be based on the process The complexity is calculated.
