The process is as follows：

Select fabric samples on our website or in the office, or you could also send us your samples, we will provide a template for you in 3 days, customised prototype will take 7-15 days, the clothing production will start after your confirmation on the sample, depending on the complexity of making, it will take approximately 10-25 days.

Upon the sample confirmation, order will be made and the order will be shipped to your warehouse or store. We will provide an adequate solution upon any quality issue within 30 days of your receipt of goods.

Fabric customization

We have more than 1000 kinds of fabrics for you to choose from, you can make an appointment to come to our UK office to see the latest fabric products.

For all our fabrics, we can provide customized services.
The fabric is ordered from 1M. Fabric samples are free, you only need to pay the shipping cost.

If you need custom printed fabrics, please email your pattern* and fabric information to info@ouka.uk.

*We can use Jpg, PSD, PDF or Tiff with a resolution of 300 DPI or higher.

If you cannot find the fabrics and patterns you like on our website, we will provide pattern design services according to your requirements. The price is based on the production process including hand painting. The following is a reference for the estimated price. The final price will be based on the process The complexity is calculated.
