How We Work
1. Share Your Ideas
Send us your preferred styles, reference images, materials, quantities and any specific product requirements.
2. Design and Sampling
Based on your brief, our team can develop the design and produce samples for your review. Sample development normally takes approximately 15 working days, depending on the complexity of the product.
3. Sample Approval and Order ConfirmationOnce the sample has been reviewed and approved, the order can be confirmed and production will begin.
4. Production and Delivery
Estimated production lead times are:

Apparel: approximately 50 working days

Jewellery and accessories: approximately 30 working days
Lead times may vary depending on the design complexity, materials, order quantity and production requirements. A more accurate schedule will be provided for each project.
Once production is complete, the finished order will be delivered directly to the client’s nominated warehouse.
