2. The brief is reviewed through the China Head Office supply chain to propose the most suitable materials and production route. The following will be confirmed:

compliance requirements (labelling, testing, restricted substances where applicable)
3. Sampling and development

pattern / fit notes (where applicable)

material selection and trims
-
sample iterations and amendments

photo/video updates during development
You will receive the sample for approval before moving to bulk production.
4. Bulk production coordination (China Head Office network)
Once the sample is approved, China Head Office coordinates bulk production through our vetted partner facilities. Throughout production we manage:
production schedule and key milestones
in-line quality checks and workmanship standards
Design team
Scarf pattern
Dress pattern
